Phi Nguyen was our saving grace during our home buying process. He went above and beyond what is expected of a loan officer. He pressed issues on our behalf, kept us updated as soon as he got news, and helped us get the best deal for our situation, and our situation was most definitely a complicated one as we were also first time home buyers. His responsiveness relieved so much of the stress from the whole process. If it weren't for him we would not be here enjoying our new home that our son can grow up in and be raised in our ideal neighborhood and city. We cannot thank him enough.
